Hi. My name is Amelia Kathleen Paxman. No one calls me Amelia, as nicknames abound. I currently reside in the Seattle, Washington. I am a 2007 graduate of Western Washington University, which is in the beautiful town of Bellingham. My degree is in Graphic Design with a concentration in Production. I also earned a Minor in Art History.

As owner, operator and sole member of Creative Ames I strive to provide my clients with good, clean, functional design solutions, as well as ongoing relationships that can evolve to consistently and continuously meet their needs.

While working part time for Mad Housewife Wine, as their brand manager/art director/designer/webmaster, I’m constantly on the prowl for freelance/contract work, be it print, web, invitation design or anything of the like. I am always seeking opportunities for growth and inspiration. I am always up for a challenge. I am fun. I am creative. I love design. I like to whistle to the top 40. I have a good eye (two actually). I am efficient. I am honest. I make good coffee. I can cut in a straight line. I am a good listener. I can multitask with the best of them. I pride myself on my ability to handle stress and make soup.
